Desander

Main Features:

5 Abrasion resisting centrifugal mud pump (slag mortar pump) has the following advantages: advanced construction, convenient assembly and dismount, simple maintenance etc. The thick abrasion resisting layers and the balance-type support helps the pump to convey the corrosive and abrasive, high concentration slag mortar;
6. The light hydraulic cyclone with standard parameter has an excellent mud and sand-sorting index. It is anti-corrosion and adaptable to the worst condition.
7. The new fluid level automatic balancing device can not only hold the stable fluid level of mud reservoir, but also purify mud repeatedly.
8. The distinct recoil device could be used to prevent the mud reservoir from silting and flooding.

Technical Performance:
1. The capacity of slag screen is 25-80t/h, it can be adjusted when the input amount of pore creating machine varies.
2. The water containment of screened slag is less than 30%.
3. The condition of treated sludge: maximum density is less than 1.2; adhesiveness is less than 40s; sand content is less than 20%.
4. Gross power is 48 kw to 58 kw
5. Dimension is 3.54× 2.25×2.83m (l×b×h).
6. The desander is 4800kg in total.

The sand pump can also be used to convey sludge in the ground hole from general inlet pipe to the pre-screen of desander. The oscillating screen can separate bigger than 3mm size slag. The remaining mud will be simultaneously transmitted into the mud reservoir, and the mud can be assimilated by mud pump of desander. The mud at pump outlet can straightly enter into the inlet of hydraulic cyclone through conduit. The undisturbed mud separated by hydraulic cyclone fall into undersize sieve. The fine slag is detached by dewatering screen. The mud screened by undersize sieve turn back into the mud reservoir again and again. The processed mud will be conveyed from flooding pipe of cyclone into an intermediate storage tank and then from the general outlet into the pore.
In order to connect the mud reservoir, a bypass managed by recoil valve is settled at the outlet of mud pump of desander. When the recoil valve is activated, the slag in mud reservoir would be disturbed so that there is no silting or flooding.
In processing mud, a buoy between the intermediate storage tank and the mud reservoir can maintain the constant fluid level in mud reservoir of desander. In mud reservoir, if the mud is excessive, the buoy will fall down, meanwhile, the mud-filling pipe will be opened, and the mud can be conveyed from the intermediate storage tank into the mud reservoir. As a result, the fluid level will rise and reach to original state; and the buoy will close the mud-filling pipe of the intermediate storage tank. If the filling mud is superfluous, the overflow pipe will flood to get rid of sitting and flooding. When higher quality mud is required, the mud extraction process in cyclone can be repeated and the total mud amount will be reduced.
