Product feature and appliance:Our Hydraulic rotary drilling rig is a type of heavy piling machine which use hydraulic motor power to drive the rotary driver (KDK) on the mast, it can rotate the kelly bar and drilling tools to break and remove the rock or soil from the pile hole. With the interlock type Kelly bar, it can give pressure directly to the drilling tools to increase the drilling efficiency.
This machine is used to build bridge foundation pile, high raised building foundation pile, secant pile, elevated road foundation pile and etc.
Suitable for the geo condition: rock hardness from the medium weathered rock up to less weathered rock, and it can work in comprehensive geo conditions which combined with the sand, rock and scree (Cobble) etc.
Man powers: one operator (captain), two labor forces for moving material and supporting works.
Supporting equipment:Excavator required to move the tools and earth; desander is optional depend on whether you want to recycle the mud.
Advantages: Multi-functional drilling machine with modern design, very adaptable to various piling work with different pilling tools, such secant wall, CFA drilling, casing drilling and etc.
Disadvantage: high capital investment, advanced machine with complex mechanism and parts, the running cost and maintenance is on the high side.
