The Kelly bar is attached onto the drilling rig, which transfer torque and downward force from the rotary drive to the piling or drilling tools. Kelly bar has a telescopic structure which include the swivel joint, lifting eye plate, crown of Kelly bar, telescopic tubes, spring, and Kelly bar end etc .
The Kelly bar has to fit the rotary drive dimension, otherwise, the Kelly bar cannot be inserted into the rotary drive and work properly.
