Application：It is widely used in slurry purification and recycling (drilling mud circulation) for the foundation construction of hydroelectric power, civil engineering, bridge pile and etc. It is also used in slurry shield tunnel drilling for subway. Working principle:Slurry (Mud) will be transported to the pre-screen of slurry treatment system, and go through two layers screen, particle size greater than 3 mm of gravel, clay is separated out; and then the slurry get into the slurry storage tank of two sets desander, slurry pump deliver the slurry from storage tank to the inlet of primary cyclone in the tangential angle, after cyclone separation, fine particle size from slurry discharged by the bottom of cyclone fall into the vibrating screen, after dewatering and separating by screen, dry object is separated out. First level of cyclone separate the slurry which cut point is d50≤60 um from upper get into the slurry tank; slurry pump delivering the slurry from storage tank, into the inlet of secondary cyclone, after cyclone separation, fine particle size of mud discharged by the bottom of cyclone fall into the vibrating screen, after dewatering and separating by screen, dry material is separated out. Second stage of cyclone separate the slurry which cut point is d50≤20 um from upper get into the other side of slurry tank. This is the clean slurry after the complete desanding process.

WORK PROCESS
Newly-developed centralized automatic slurry making system, the capacity of slurry production is 10-200m³/h.

1． Vortex type of slurry maker
It is a special grout making equipment for mixing cement, or bentonite with water or other additive. 2． Blade type of slurry maker
It is a high-speed grout making machine which is made up by conveyer belt, cantilever, mixing blade and grout pump. No sealing and strutting piece are needed inside this machine, so the machine parts are quite abrasion-resistible and the operating cost is low. Common working defect such as agglomeration can be totally avoided by using this machine. It can make grout so fast and evenly that only one minute is needed to produce one barrel of grout.
